My name is Ryan Tansom and I started the Intentional Growth™ podcast to help entrepreneurs and business owner clarify a path toward a more valuable business and turn their long-term vision into reality. I helped turn around our struggling family business and sell it for eight-figures in 2014. My father and I decided to sell the business to a local competitor for eight figures. I learned a ton throughout the journey, left millions on the table and realized that selling a business is not only about the money. Since the sale of our family business, I have dedicated most of my life figuring out ways to help owners and other entrepreneurs avoid what I went through by getting clarity on what they want and control over how to get it. Currently, I am the co-founder of Arkona, keynote speaker, podcaster, soon-to-be-author and active in anything related to helping the business community. I have dedicated every minute of my life since our sale figuring out ways to help owners understand the world of mergers and acquisitions and what it means to grow and sell a company while enjoying the ride and being proud of how all the chips fall. Most importantly, I am a proud father of twin girls and husband to my best friend, Megan Tansom, who lets me pursue my passions and challenges me on everything I do. She is truly my rock.
