Dan and I talk about what the role of a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) attorney, how due diligence can help you keep the value you want, the importance of finding an exit strategy early, and how to hire and work with a team of advisors.

What you will learn:

  • What does an M&A Attorney NOT do?
  • How does that compare to the “big box” lawyer firms?
  • What does the due diligence process look like?
  • What do M&A Attorneys look for?
  • What to look for (and look out for) when finding an attorney for you
